Here is the latest on Convoy of Hope for those of you LCCers that plan on being a part of the day:

Below is the latest correspondence with Convoy of Hope, I had a conversation with Tim from that organization yesterday. He would prefer all volunteers to sign on to the following web page http://www.convoynova.org/volunteers.htm and register. Then click on Organizations and you will see Liberty listed second !! J YEAH !! … Okay, STOP being silly, this is serious !!

The page will explain what areas they need help and for which you can choose what you would prefer to do. The morning of the event everyone will need to be at the site by 7am Saturday morning 29 AUG 09. At that time they may request individuals to change roles if they are heavy in some areas and light in others.

Maybe we could all meet at the church at 6am and arrange to ride in groups to the event. We could even do the same at 6pm on Friday 28 AUG 09 for the Volunteer rally. Thoughts of anyone interested.

If you think you can’t make it to the rally Friday night, let me know and what you would prefer to do and I’ll pass that on to the host for their information.
