Okay so we have been studying the Beatitudes in Matthew 5 to help us to Live Fine in '09. We have really enjoyed step by step through this journey learning what it truly takes to enjoy life given to us. What a gift...shouldn't we know how to use it? During this Sermon Series "Living Fine in '09" there are several Home groups doing many different studies that are helping all of us relearn what true living is all about. One home group is doing the "Managing Finances God's Way". Another group is doing healthy living through eating healthy and exercising. Other groups are reviewing current sermon series that Pastor Wes is giving us on Sundays and really delving into the scriptures and such. Sunday OPPORTUNITIES to get to know everyone:
-help park cars (our guest are very important...We thank you church family for parking the furthest away to help make our guest feel welcome)
-hospitality (handing out popcorn, coffee...)
-greet (say "good morning" and hand a bulletin with a smile)
Anyone can do these...all you need is a heart!
