Okay what was it...the moon? the water? ...a comet? Why did we have SEVERAL completely bald heads at Liberty CC this past Sunday? and...why did they all flock to Pastor Wes...to show him? Is there something we DON'T know or did they all lose a bet? Was that just for the church family...kinda like Where's Waldo...but more like Where's Wes? hahahah funny!

Yep...it's true...the Liberty Community Church staffers (who get together every Tuesday morning at 10:30am to plan) decided to have a BIG party NOVEMBER 2nd to do the following:
Pray and PARTAKE in communion with LIVE worship music Celebrate 40 Days of Love and all the elements taught
Celebrate all the open-hearted home group leaders who allowed us to further study LOVE
and to Celebrate our Lead Pastor ...Pastor Wes and his family
So yep...we were in our Tuesday staff meeting and WHAM! the idea of a BIG PARTY on NOVEMBER 2nd came into our minds...instead of getting together for the ORIGINAL date of October 26th to celebrate our pastor only...we could get together for a CELEBRATION of LOVE for God, home group leaders, our community and our lead pastor...what FUN time this will be on NOVEMBER 2nd at 6pm...JUST bring a dish ...enough for you and your family PLUS one more! Bring friends, family, neighbors...they will feel right at home!
TRYING TO THINK OF SOMETHING TO GIVE TO PASTOR WES? Money would be a GREAT gift! He has gone back to school, kids need braces, expenses are high... This Sunday when you GIVE your TITHE...if you would like to GIVE a special gift to Pastor Wes...WRITE "Pastor Wes" in the memo or on another envelope. REMEMBER that Tithing is GIVING back to God the 1st 10% of what is already His... so TITHE FIRST...then,showing your appreciation towards Pastor Wes with a special monetary gift...would be fine.
Sean and Sean have been doing a great job with the SKITS on Sundays. they are reminding us of events, of what we have learned so far and to visitors...they make them laugh! So..this should continue but...they are giving it up at the end of this sermon series...IT WOULD BE GREAT...to have more skits for each sermon series...are you interested in writing the skits? are you interested in putting together a small group of people ...what if Pastor Wes could send you there theme? OH ...Composer's Cabal...is a SONGRWRITERS group that Bryant is leading...We will be meeting for the 1st time on October 26th at 2pm ...right here at LCC...If you like to write music...write poetry...write in a prayer journal...this would be a great group to CHECK out!
