Okay so here is the INSIDE SCOOP...we will have the baptismal all fresh and ready for the commitment you have been putting off for a while :) Need clothes or towel? We supply it. Not sure if you want to? Make your decision on Sunday morning...just let us know when you get there or...attend the 9am and get baptized at the 10:30am.
Just because school is back in doesn't mean all fun stops...WE ARE JUST GETTING STARTED!
This Sunday the Kids Zone will be doing special ART to be displayed next Sunday! WE are excited about doing this program with the kids once a month. This will help show the arts by the younger crowd and encourage the older crowd to show us their talent. Do you dance, draw, paint or something else? Let us know and we will encourage you to share your giftings, talent and hobbies at different LCC events.
Don't forget that Rose Toulotte, a church family member with the talent of mending/sewing, is available to hem that skirt or take in that waistline for a small fee ...ALL PROCEEDS will be donated to the Liberty Community Church's Building Community Fund where we will build what that community needs a place to go! Last night at Fusion (Thursday, August 28th) I heard that the worship time with the youth was wonderful. Guest keyboardist/singer: Jessica Adams led a group of praisers to the Throne Room of God! We are still collecting FOOD (nonperishables) and SCHOOL SUPPLIES for local county residents. Donation box is located in the gravel side foyer.
LOVE BEALETON DAY (October 25th)...a day that LCC'ers will set aside to do a random act of kindness throughout Bealeton...hey you want to know more...STAY TUNED...Jeni Mack is getting all the info for you and your home group to participate. WHAT A COOL THING THIS WILL DO!

We will have our EVENING SERVICE 6pm where SPECIAL music by Bryant Osborn and Melinda James will be heard...possibly others...where we can partake in COMMUNION (not sure what that is? A Special thanks to all of you for serving here at LCC...popcorn, greeters, coffee, cleaning the main room, coordinating Kids Ministry, listening to our teens, playing an instrument, putting the toilet paper on the roll, refilling the creamer, stocking the bookstore, painting lines in the parking lot, donating the supplies, praying for this church and the leaders, counseling, folding bulletins...THEY WILL KNOW WE ARE CHRISTIANS BY THE LOVE we show ...in everything we do for God!
